I’ve had mine for about 4 years now and use it pretty much every day. Naturally, I expected something to fall apart by now, but no, the zippers and straps are still doing their job like overachievers. It still looks solid too.

I had to send back a pair of boots because the fit just wasn’t right. Compared to some other brands where returns turn into a whole email saga, this was painless. The return page was straightforward, and I got the label without having to chase anyone down.
A few months later, I had an issue with a pack zipper and sent it in under warranty. They got back to me quickly, asked for photos, and then handled it from there. It felt a lot more organized than warranty stuff I’ve dealt with elsewhere.

It wasn’t magically instant or anything, but the process was clear, fair, and didn’t leave me guessing. after comparing it to past experiences with other gear companies, it made me trust GORUCK a bit more.

I got my Rucker from goruck.com and I’ve been taking it out on morning walks with a 30 lb plate. I don’t know exactly how to describe it, but it just feels way better than my old hiking bag. It sits solid, doesn’t bounce around much, and overall it gives me that “yeah, this is the one” feeling.
After a few weeks, my shoulders and back still feel good, and I haven’t had any weird rubbing or annoying spots. Shipping was totally fine too. It’s definitely not cheap, but there’s something about it that makes me feel like it’s going to hold up for a really long time.

it really does feel like being part of a real crew. The people are solid, the events can be tough, but there’s no ego or weird attitude—just a good group showing up and getting through it together.

I ordered from goruck.com and was a little unsure about the sizing, but the chart turned out to be really accurate. I went with my usual size and it fit exactly how I hoped, not too tight, not too baggy, just right.

I bought the GR1 kind of on a whim for work and weekend trips, and wow, it’s been great. The zippers are super smooth, the straps don’t dig into my shoulders, and it somehow fits way more than it looks like it should. I’ve been using it every day and haven’t had a single issue. It just works.

The bag itself is good, but the fit just doesn’t feel right to me. The straps keep rubbing my shoulders, and they keep getting annoying even on short walks. It also feels kind of stiff, like it never really settles comfortably. I wanted to like it, but the shoulder rubbing and the stiff fit are hard to ignore

The tracking came through fast, and weirdly enough it actually updated properly the whole time. Not always the case with other sites, where it just sits there saying “label created” forever. The box also showed up in good shape, no crushed corners or mystery delays.

Pretty easy experience overall. Nothing dramatic, which is kind of what you want with shipping. I’d order from them again, mostly because the delivery part was smooth and I didn’t have to chase anything down.

I had a good time overall. The team workout was fun and the staff seemed really cool and friendly, which helped me feel more comfortable. The only thing was that the start ran late, and I would’ve appreciated a little reassurance or an update so we knew what was going on. Still a good event, just a bit rough on the timing.

I picked up my GORUCK bag sometime last year, or maybe late the year before, and I’ve been happy with how it looks. It’s got that simple shape, no huge logos, and it doesn’t feel weird wearing it with regular everyday clothes. The only thing is that some of the colors and straps give off a slightly military vibe, which isn’t always my thing. Still, it looks sharp and feels well put together.

GORUCK gear definitely isn’t cheap, but after using my bag every day, I can say it feels worth the money. Mine has been through a lot and still looks great, which says a lot. I’d much rather buy something solid once than keep replacing cheaper bags every year. Shipping was smooth too, no complaints there.
